Is your team leveraging feedback as a tool for growth and innovation?

Led by Harvard Business School professor Francesca Gino, this experience introduces a transformative approach to feedback—feedforward. Originally developed by leadership coach Marshall Goldsmith, feedforward shifts the focus from past mistakes to future possibilities, helping teams unlock improvement without blame or frustration.

During this interactive experience, your team will engage in hands-on exercises designed to make giving and receiving feedback more energizing, constructive, and action-oriented. You’ll practice offering clear, forward-focused suggestions that strengthen collaboration, build on individual strengths, and drive continuous improvement.

By shifting from criticism to opportunity, your team will foster a culture of psychological safety, trust, and growth—fueling excellence in every interaction.

Don’t miss this opportunity to reimagine feedback and create a future-focused, high-performing team.
