Summer Sanders is four-time Olympic medal winner. Her television program, "NBA Inside Stuff", was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame for its advancement of how media covers sport. As an Olympic athlete and in the locker rooms of NBA teams, Summer acquired a first-hand perspective on the behaviors that distinguished winning teams from those teams that have talent — but would fail to win championships.
