Morgan Franklin
Morgan Franklin
Morgan Franklin is a Lecturer on Law and Clinical Instructor for the Negotiation & Mediation Clinical Program (HNMCP) at Harvard Law School. Her passion for negotiation and dispute resolution is rooted in cognitive and behavioral science and its potential to address societal challenges. A graduate of Harvard Law School, Morgan also holds a B.A. in Political Economy, magna cum laude, from Tulane University. Prior to her current role, she worked in health policy in Baltimore and facilitated dialogue between divergent groups in Washington, D.C. to help reintegrate the formerly incarcerated.
Deanna Pantín Parrish
Deanna Pantín Parrish
Deanna Pantín Parrish (she/her) is a Lecturer on Law and a Senior Clinical Instructor at Harvard Law School, and the Assistant Director of the HNP Negotiation Teaching Network. She previously served as the Principal Consultant of CMA Consulting Group in Melbourne, Australia where she developed dispute resolution and learning solutions for over 2,000 professionals across various sectors. Deanna has also taught negotiation and mediation at Monash University and Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, and served as a lecturer at Georgetown University Law Center, University of Washington Evans School of Public Policy & Governance, Smith College, and The University of Melbourne. A former litigation associate at Arnold & Porter, she holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a certified mediator and a member of the District of Columbia bar.
